Orders are handed to our carrier within 1–2 business days, then Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days, so 6–9 business days in total. See the Shipping Policy.

Each lamp is made by hand in our partner workshop overseas and shipped to you with tracking.

Standard tracked shipping is free on orders of $75 or more and $6.99 below that.

Not yet. We ship to all 50 states and the District of Columbia.

When your lamp ships, the carrier and tracking number appear on the Track order page. Enter your order number and the email you used at checkout.

Very close. Each lamp is poured by hand, so wood grain, resin color and tiny bubbles vary slightly, and dimensions may vary by about 0.5 cm.

The size cards on each product page show the size in inches and centimeters, with the price of each size.

Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth and keep it out of long direct sunlight and heat.

Tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the lamp, the box and the label. We send a new lamp or refund it, and you do not need to send the broken one back.

Yes, within 30 days of delivery, if it is unused and in its original box and foam. See the Return Policy.

Yes, until it ships. Write to us through the Contact page as soon as possible and we cancel it for a full refund.

We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and credit and debit cards. Payment is processed by our secure third-party payment processor; card details never reach this site.
